More About Inspire Driver Training

While the term Driving Instructor is the one everyone recognises for some it conjures up the image of a very authoritarian and stern looking person moving from topic to topic with rigid teaching methods. 

Driving is a very fluid activity so teaching you to drive has to be just as fluid. What we offer is a more equal and completely non-judgemental client centred approach which allows you to progress quickly through the skills you find easier and allowing more time for those that you might find a bit more of a challenge. 

So you may be wondering we are instructors, coaches, trainers or teachers?

The answer is 'all of them', but the real answer lies in what 'you' need from us, not what 'we' think you need.

Whichever trainer you choose, our number one aim is to create a supportive learning atmosphere, making you feel comfortable so you can develop safe driving skills & knowledge for life. 

So whether you are learning to drive for the first time, getting back on the road after a significant break or just want to improve your skills or confidence, Our aim is to offer high quality, bespoke training that's tailored to suit you. 

While a lot of traditional driving instruction is very test focused, which is obviously a huge part of the goal, what we offer is a more holistic approach that will help you, your son or your daughter not only be able to pass the driving test confidently but to become a safe & thinking driver capable of dealing with the complex situations that can occur on our busy roads.

Many people still remember being told that after they passed their test was when they 'would learn how to drive' and it is part of Inspires mission to mkae sure that everyone training with us is more than prepared not just for the test, but for the road beyond.​ Which is why we like to include things in your training that are important to you, like help with the theory test, your future regular journeys, work commutes, school runs and even McDonalds drive thru's! 

Inspire Driver Training has been built from the ground up and and is completely independent and not part of the bigger national or local companies. This enables us to be a lot more flexible with the lessons and courses we can offer and ensuresure they're completely tailored to your needs. It also means that your instructor will be there from the beginning of your journey... right through to the end!
