COVID-19 UPDATE

Firstly, thank you to all of you, both current and future clients for your continued patient in these difficult times.
BOOKING DRIVING LESSONS

The following guidelines and measures will remain in place to ensure lessons can be delivered as safely and as efficiently as possible.
LESSON CANCELLATIONS
Changes to the standard cancellation policy are outlined below.
If you have symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone who has symptoms or has tested positive for COVID-19, you must inform me immediately and the lesson will be cancelled and rearranged, with no cancellation fee.
Face Masks are now optional for driving lessons. If you would like your instructor to wear a mask please them know and they will do so happily.
Face coverings are now optional for driving theory & practical tests.
The car will be sanitised with disinfectant or anti-bacterial wipes before your lesson commences and in between each lesson.
We have installed fully wipe-able car seat and steering wheel covers to allow for sanitising before and after each lesson.
Car windows will be open – weather permitting – to allow adequate ventilation. (Please dress accordingly)
We have bags for your PPE to be discarded in at the end of each lesson which we will transfer to an air tight container in the boot of the car.
We will be performing a Rapid Lateral Flow home test twice weekly (Sunday & Wednesday evenings).
In the event of a positive test we will be in contact to cancel/re-schedule lessons accordingly.
These precautions are to keep us both safe and keep the potential spread of COVID-19 to an absolute minimum.
We really appreciate your help
with these measures and we know the list seems pretty exhausting. But hopefully they will not be forever and won’t change your enjoyment of the lessons.
Above all, please be honest.
Cancellations for COVID symptoms will not be charged for.

The option for your instructor to sit in on the test is now back in place for those that would like it. It has always been entirely your choice if you would like us to sit in on tests.

COVID-19 Student Waiver
Please take the time time read this waiver fully. You will be asked to sign an electronic copy at the start of each driving lesson.
I acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and that public health authorities & government still recommend practicing social distancing.
I further acknowledge that INSPIRE DRIVER TRAINING has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus/COVID-19.
I further acknowledge that INSPIRE DRIVER TRAINING can not guarantee that I will not become infected with the Coronavirus/Covid-19. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the Coronavirus/COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, my instructor, and/or other clients and their families.
I voluntarily seek services provided by INSPIRE DRIVER TRAINING and acknowledge that I am increasing my risk to exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I acknowledge that I must comply with all set procedures to reduce the spread while attending my lesson.
I attest that: * I am not experiencing any symptom of illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell. * I have not travelled internationally within the last 14 days. * I have not travelled to a COVID-19 highly impacted country within the last 14 days. * I do not believe I have been exposed to someone with a suspected and/or confirmed case of the Coronavirus/COVID-19. * I have not been diagnosed with Coronavirus/Covid-19 and not yet cleared as non contagious by state or local public health authorities. * I am following all Government recommended guidelines as much as possible and limiting my exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19.
I hereby release and agree to hold INSPIRE DRIVER TRAINING harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all courses of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act on the part of INSPIRE DRIVER TRAINING, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from INSPIRE DRIVER TRAINING.
I understand that this release discharges INSPIRE DRIVER TRAINING from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against the salon with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from INSPIRE DRIVER TRAINING. This liability waiver and release extends to the training car together with all owners, partners, and employees.
